Chickpea Tofu with Red Thai Coconut Curry and Crispy Ginger Vegetables; followed by Lemon Cauliflower Gnocchi with Arugula Walnut Pesto and Garlic-blistered Tomatoes. Next up, our Barley, Wild Rice, Farro and Hummus Cabbage Rolls in Tomato Fennel Sauce.
