Over the course of five days Chef David will present two of The Dirty Apron’s renowned Demo & Dine sessions featuring locally sourced seasonal ingredients from the rich bounty of the surrounding area - which may include chinook, coho, spot prawns and sea urchin - In Ocean House's beautiful newly renovated eco-adventure and cultural lodge. Join us this summer on Haida Gwaii for a 5 day culinary adventure of foraging, cooking, and feasting!
