Join us for a special cooking class with guest host and vintner James Lindner from South Australia's award-winning Langmeil winery. Not only will you be learning to prepare amazing food, you will also be enjoying carefully selected Langmeil wines, introduced and explained by the Family Proprietor himself.

The Lindner family of Langmeil Winery has been immersed in the Barossa’s culture of farming, food, wine and community for six generations. With a history dating back to 1842, Langmeil Winery is one of a few places where the blend of Barossa’s cultural beginnings with world-class wine making can truly be experienced. Their commitment to quality in all aspects is unwavering, a wine that bears the Langmeil name represents our family’s pursuit of excellence in wine and community.

The menu of the night includes Dijon Crusted ½ Rack of Lamb finished with Oven Dried Tomatoes and Italian Burrata; Roasted Venison Chop with double-smoked Bacon and Celeriac Root Puree; and crispy BC Duck Breast, Sherry Orange Gastrique and Apple Sauté.
