The class begins with a light and refreshing course: Lemon Cilantro Grilled Squid and Prawn Salad with Charred Tomato and Avocado. The class continues with Pan Seared Halloumi Cheese with Orange and Pomegranate Reduction, Caramelized Fennel, and Toasted Pita. Finally, craft a Cumin and Coriander Grilled Lamb Loin with Grilled Flatbread, Babaganoush, and Tahini Vinaigrette.
