Join us for our newest cooking class for Two, filled with laughter, teamwork, and an all-star line-up of staff-favourite dishes crafted by you and your cooking partner. Under the guidance of our expert chef, you'll embark on a culinary journey to create three incredibly flavourful dishes that are sure to impress. Throughout the class, you and your partner will work side by side, learning new techniques, and creating unforgettably delicious memories together as you prepare the menu of the night:
Butternut Squash and Mascarpone Gnocchi with Double Smoked Bacon, Pine Nuts, Parmesan and fresh Basil; followed by a staff favourite: BBQ Duck & Fine Vegetable Spiced Crepes. And last but certainly not least: Miso Sake-roasted Sablefish alongside our legendary Okonomiyaki Pancake.
