Italian is one of the world’s most beloved cuisines, so it is no surprise that our Italian lessons are so popular. To add to our roster of classes celebrating the country’s foodie contributions, we present to you our latest menu of Italian fare.

The class starts with Burrata & Prosciutto Pizza, as students learn to make their fresh Burrata (Yes, you read it right: you will be making your own, fresh Burrata!). Next up is a pan-roasted Veal Chop with creamed Orzo and oven-roasted Onions and Mushrooms; and finally Maple & Mascarpone Cheesecake. Buon appetito!
