New Butchery Class Launching in May

This is a class that many of our customers have been asking and waiting for, so we are thrilled to be sharpening our knives and introducing this pig butchery class.

Students will watch a demonstration of half a pig being broken down, while learning the ins and outs of preparing and cooking different cuts of pork. Guests will then proceed to prepare a crispy Bacon, Potato, Apple and Shoshito Pepper Salad; Country-style Terrine; and finally a juicy South-Indian Spiced Pork Chop with Basmati Rice and Raita. Let’s go chopping, people!
