What should I wear?
Wear clothing and closed toed footwear that you find comfortable. Keep in mind that you will be joining us for about four hours and standing while creating your dishes. The school will provide you with an apron to use during the class.

Will I be given copies of the recipes to take home with me?
Yes, each student will leave with a folder that contains copies of the recipes, so take lots of notes!

How long are the classes?
Hands-on classes are approximately 4 hours in length. Students enrolled in classes as part of the Gourmet Bootcamp will spend 6 hours each day at the school.

Do you serve wine?
We offer wine, as well as non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy with each course. If you are interested in using public transportation to get to the school, we are conveniently located by the Stadium Skytrain station as well as many major bus routes. My friend is dropping me off can they stay and watch?
Unfortunately, due to the layout of our school kitchen we are unable to accommodate spectators. If you’re friend would like to take the class with you, call ahead to see if we have extra space!

How many people are in a class?
We are able to accommodate a maximum of 22 people in our hands-on classes.

A group of friends and I would like to come to a class, how do we book on as a group?
If you’re interested in booking for a group of 8 or more, please phone the school directly and we can discuss options available to your party. For more information about private bookings, please visit our website: www.dirtyapron.com/Group-Events/

Where can I park?
There is ample parking available in the area surrounding the school. You may choose from metered street parking or the multi-storey pay park directly across from the school.

Allergies and Dietary requirements
Please let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled class of any dietary restrictions, and we will be happy to ensure your requirements are met. Individuals with nuts allergies should be aware that there may be traces of nuts in foods prepared and served at the school.
