Naturopathic physician and chef Dr. Heidi Lescanec joins the Dirty Apron Cooking School to teach the autumn bounty inspired Fresh From the Field class. Passionate about good food, nutrition and the art of creating nourishing meals, Heidi has cooked everywhere from Hollywood movie sets, to backcountry lodges, retreat centers and most recently, at Hollyhock resort on Cortes Island, BC. Heidi pairs her diverse culinary experience with a medicinal approach to food to create soulful and inspiring meals that always have guests asking for more.
